They were teasing about Naruto's rebellious behavior. As pointed out by many other spoilers, Naruto behaves pretty badly towards his AU parent. Naruto didn't want to trust them in the beginning, since to him, they are fake and made by Madara.
Minato was asking why he acted not nicely. He was asking: "Why do you have a foul mood? Something happen with you and the hero's daughter (Sakura)?" From this question, I think we can safely assume that Menma is a very close friend of Sakura, or Menma has a crush on Sakura (I can imagine a father would ask about his son's crush and relate to the foul mood, otherwise why pick that question? Why not pick something about academy or mission, etc? Then again it's hard to be unbiased). Naruto's reaction is not nice since he was still thinking they are fake.
Kushina was asking "are you ready for the mission? Ready to prove yourself to her?" There was only one other girl in the campaign besides Kushina, so, it's logical that Kushina was referring to Sakura. Naruto's reaction was very rude because he's still thinking that they are fake. Sakura then approached Naruto and she said "no matter whether they are fake or not, your reaction is rude and inappropriate ". We see that Sakura is being Sakura by keeping Naruto in the line. But, Naruto was still upset and cut her right away. That's the degree of his anger about Madara making 'fake' Minato and Kushina.
Oh, and Kushina made that teasing face we saw in promotional posters. So yeah, it's safe to assume that Menma has a crush on Sakura.
Tal parece que la movie tiene más NaruSaku que ninguna otra, y no SasuSaku y NaruHina como otros creian
